This historic artifact is a hefty 12 X 13.5 brass plaque in the shape of a police shield mounted to a similar shaped 17 X 20 heavy sheet metal shield awarded during the 6th Annual International Police Pistol Tournament held at the Teaneck Police Pistol Range, in Teaneck, NJ (1937). Sponsored under the auspices of the “New York Daily Mirror.” They sponsored this famous annual international pistol meet at the renowned Teaneck Pistol Range that drew contestants and spectators from all over the country and the world. Comes with a Gotta Have It certificate that unconditionally guarantees the authenticity of this item.
