Ronald Reagan widely considered one of the most impactful Presidents of the United States since Dwight D. Eisenhower and Franklin D. Roosevelt, undoubtedly left his mark on the country's history with his vigor in restoring self-optimism in the American people. Reagan, the 40th President whose two terms spanned 1981-89, signed this 8x10-inch color photograph from a White House event in bold, black sharpie along with the personalization "To Kerri - With Very Best Regards + Wishes." The photo, dated to Dec. 15, 1984, depicts Reagan's wife, Nancy, shaking hands with an unidentified woman in a white dress. The signed photograph comes with a JSA LOA, certification number "X97996."
