A member of the 500 home run club, Gary Sheffield tormented opposing pitchers during his 22 year MLB career. Included in this lot are three items from Sheff’s tenure with the Los Angeles Dodgers, circa 1998-2001. The size 7 3/8 New Era cap that displays significant use not only is signed on the bill by the nine-time All-Star, but the underside is adorned with some nice artwork, featuring the name “SHEFF” beneath a scorpion and amidst a string of spider webs. The mesh pullover tops include pockets and zip fronts, the bottoms are elasticized and the star’s signature is in blue across his number on the back. Items are all PSA Pre-Certified and also come with “Sheff Authenticated” holograms.
