No major league team won more games than the Baltimore Orioles during the 1960s including an unlikely four-game sweep of the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 1966 World Series, culminating with three straight World Series appearances from 1969-1971. This set of three commemorative gold leaf engraved Hillerich and Bradsby Louisville Slugger bats includes a 1966 World Series Champions bat with 34 engraved names and facsimile signatures of 34 members of the organization including Hall of Famers Frank Robinson, Brooks Robinson and Jim Palmer, a 1969 American League champions bat including the same three Hall of Famers and Earl Weaver as well as perennial all-star favorites; Mark Belanger, Dave McNally, Mike Cuellar and Boog Powell with a total of 33 names, and a 1971 American League Champions labeled in green with 34 gold engraved names including Frank and Brooks Robinson as well as Palmer, Earl Weaver, Paul Blair, Dave Johnson and the rest of the Orioles roster. All three bats are 35-inches long and brown finished with only slight scuff marks and remain in excellent souvenir condition.
