No rookie in recent memory created quite the unexpected splash as the Angels’ Mike Trout. The “Millville Meteor” grabbed the AL’s Rookie of the Year Award in 2012 and just missed out on the AL MVP Award as well. In his second full season in the majors Trout hit .323 and led the American League in walks and runs scored. After coming in second again for the AL’s MVP honors, Trout finally took home the trophy after his 2014 campaign. Trout’s Old Hickory MT27 bat show excellent use and is un-cracked. The Angels superstar has signed the bat’s barrel between the center brand and stamped endorsement in nice matching silver pen, adding “14 GU”. This is a perfect example of a Trout rookie year gamer, an opinion reflected by PSA/DNA who has authenticated this bat and given it their highest grade of GU 10.
