This lot of (15) 1950s World Series programs features a varied collection of official programs from such fall classics as the 1951 WS played between the New York Giants and the New York Yankees which was the last WS for Joe DiMaggio and the first for rookies Willie Mays and Mickey Mantle. This lot also includes a program from the 1955 World Series played between the New York Yankees and the Brooklyn Dodgers in which the Dodgers captured their first championship in franchise history and the only series the Dodgers won while paying in Brooklyn. This lot of (15) WS programs contains a plethora of history from some of baseball’s most storied fall classic moments. Both 1950's programs are unscored and in excellent condition. The 1954 program is unscored and in nr mint condition. The 1955 program has been scored and is in good condition. Both 1956 programs are in very good condition and unscored, although the Yankees version has a couple of pen notations. The two 1957 programs are in excellent shape with the Yankees version being scored. The same is true for both the 1958 programs as they are in excellent condition with the Yankees version being the only one scored. Finally, the two 1959 programs remain unscored with the White Sox version being in very good condition , while the Dodgers edition shows some wear and slight water damage but is in overall good condition.
