The Cleveland Indians defeated the Boston Braves 4-2 in the 1948 World Series. This approximately 9 x 12 inch, 40 page from Braves Field program features capsules and individual photos of each of the players plus front office and league executives, with many of the images represented on their 1949 Bowman baseball cards, including Satchel Paige, Bob Lemon and Lou Boudreau. Program is scored, with one score page slightly detached and minor wear to the edge of the spine.
