The "CITY LEAGUE" ball has been signed in black fountain pen "To Christ Bayley From Babe Ruth" in his elegant script. The ball has a heavy coat of shellac which has given the ball a wonderful warm patina over the decades. The Babe's signature has faded somewhat. Letter of Authenticity V13638 from PSA/DNA.
