Since acquiring him from the Dodgers in 2008, Carlos Santana’s versatility has been a major asset for the Cleveland Indians. The team has used him at first base, third base, designated hitter and catcher during his five seasons with the club. This Santana game-used Louisville Slugger catcher’s mitt features his name stitched in white on the outer left thumb alongside a “LS” logo patch. A “LOUISVILLE SLUGGER” patch is found on the top of the wrist pad, with “LOUISVILLE” stitched in white along the outer left pinky. Several Louisville manufacturer markings grace the inside portion of the steer hide leather mitt, including a branded stamp in the palm and a model “13RDH2” imprint on the inner thumb pad. The Santana game-used catcher’s mitt comes with a PSA/DNA COA, verification number “1G00192.”
