Frank Thomas did not disappoint in his first full season in the Majors. “The Big Hurt” hit .318 with 32 home runs and 109 RBI that year, beginning the start of what turned into a Hall-of-Fame career for the 2014 inductee. Thomas sported this game-used white with black pinstripes button-down jersey during that 1991 breakout campaign. “SOX” appears intertwined in black on white and silver tackle twill on the left chest with a commemorative “COMISKEY PARK INAUGURAL YEAR” patch stitched on the right sleeve. Thomas’ number “35” appears on the reverse side of the jersey in black on white and silver tackle twill while the front left tail is home to a “Wilson” manufacturer’s label with size “46” and an attached tag that reads “SET 2 1991.” The Thomas jersey shows moderate signs of game use and comes with an LOA from noted sports jersey expert Dave Miedema.
