Coming off his AL batting championship year, 2003 saw Manny batting a nice .325, smack 37 home runs and lead the AL in on base percentage as the Red Sox made it to the playoffs. The next season he did even better with 43 homers and then led the Sox to the post-season again in 2005. This Tuff Bats model 24 used during those seasons shows outstanding use and is un-cracked. There are many ball marks and stitch impressions on the barrel with white leather ball scuffs and cleat marks. A moderate coat of pine tar is on the handle and a Dominican flag sticker is affixed to the upper handle. Manny’s number “24” and weight “32.1” is hand written on the barrel end in silver marker.
