One look at some of the names on this Spalding baseball shows why the New York Yankees of the mid-1950s enjoyed so much success. In addition to Yogi Berra and Mickey Mantle adorning the sweet spot, among the bright signatures on this ball are Don Larsen, whose Perfect Game in the ’56 Series led the Bombers to a seven-game victory over Brooklyn. Also included are Ralph Terry, Elston Howard, and Billy Martin, among others. Note that Casey Stengel is determined to be clubhouse. Both ball and signatures are in excellent condition.
