This one-of-a-kind original oil painting of Mickey Mantle in a 24” x 28” wood and fabric frame is signed by Mantle with a “To Buck My Best Wishes Your Pal, Mickey Mantle,” inscription and also comes with a pair of 11” x 14” photos of The Mick signing the painting with perhaps the artist “Buck” seated next to him in the Yankees clubhouse. One of the photos is also signed by Mantle with the following inscription: “To Buck, Thanks for the sketches Mickey Mantle.” Buck Peters was a noted sports cartoonist. This three-piece lot is PSA/DNA pre-certified.
