Gold Glove Award winning Shortstop Ed Brinkman wore this Majestic XL Batting Practice Jersey during the 1984 season while he was an infield coach for the Chicago White Sox. This jersey features light to moderate wear, and the Majestic collar tag is unique to 1984. This was the first year that Majestic supplied uniforms of any type to Major League Baseball after they signed their first MLB National Licensing Agreement in 1984. Brinkman’s number #35 is sewn in red with a white border on the back, and the front features the White Sox logo on the front chest. The Jersey is navy blue, with a half zipper below the collar, with white and red stripes along the collar, sleeves and on the bottom. Jersey is authenticated by noted game used expert Dave Miedema.
