The Academy Award-Winning “Godfather, Part II” hit movie screens in 1974. Notable for performances by Al Pacino and Robert DeNiro, not to be forgotten is the role of Kay Adams-Corleone, portrayed by Diane Keaton. This stunning original document is a Memorandum of Agreement between the leading lady and Francis Ford Coppola productions. It spans exactly two typewritten pages and is signed by the actress. Among the fascinating details contained are Keaton’s salary - $6,250 per week for eight weeks – as well as the provision for a $25,000 bonus if the film grossed 25 million. Needless to say, she received that bonus as the epic more than doubled that amount, grossing $57 million. Includes Certificate of Authenticity from PSA.
