Hall of Fame and Two time World Series Champion Johnny Bench who is considered “Baseball’s Greatest Catcher,” wore this KM Pro Cap size 7 3/4 during his tenure with the team circa the 1970-75 era. This cap features Bench’s signature on the top of the brim signed in gold marker, and inscribed below his signature is “75 WS Champs.” On the underside of the brim is his player number #5 which is written in black marker. The hat shows moderate use and his player number was applied before the wear was accrued, which is consistent with game use. Bench’s cap comes with a LOA/JSA from uniform expert MEARS as well as a COA from PSA/DNA (X90378) and is Tri-Star Authenticated (7598646).
