Phil Niekro’s dancing knuckleball plagued opposing batters throughout his 24-year Major League career. This Official National League (Feeney) Rawlings baseball was used during the Atlanta Braves 5-2 victory over the Pittsburg Pirates on May 1, 1979. The Hall of Famer signed the ball, along with “For Regis Good Luck Always, while “200 Win 5-1-79,” and “A-5 P-2” is also handwritten in unknown hand on the ball, which shows nice game use. The writing is slightly faded but still very legible. Comes with MEARS LOA and JSA Auction LOA.
