From Hollywood’s Golden Age, actress Elizabeth Taylor is one of cinema’s biggest and most glamorous stars. Having won an Academy Award for best female actress for both Butterfield 8 and for Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? the always beautiful and talented Taylor has graced the silver screen starring in many of Hollywood’s most classic films. Taylor is world famous not just for her acting abilities but for the wild tales of her love life as well. She will always be remembered as a woman who loved to perform for her adoring audiences and a generous humanitarian; helping to raise millions to help fight the spread HIV/AIDS. Signed beautifully by Taylor is a contract dated November 3, 1947 for her to visit the Pasadena Regional Hospital, as requested by the Volunteer Army Canteen Service. This contract is also signed by her mother, an actress herself, Sara Sothern Taylor. Also included is an approximate 6x9 black and white portrait of Elizabeth Taylor from when she was younger, looking as alluring and charming as ever. Item comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA.
