The blue Colts home jersey has Luck's number 12 on the front and sleeves in white tackle twill. The collar has the Nike size 46 label with "2014" tagging. The back has "LUCK" in white tackle twill on a blue nameplate above his number "12". Luck has signed the "1" and added "vs. TENN 9/28/14 29/41 393 yds 4TDs" on the "2" in black marker.
