American Daredevil and Motorcycle Hall of Fame Inductee Evel Knievel is an international icon having set numerous records jumping over long stretches of cars and buses. Best known for riding a Harley Davidson XR-750, each event would become a show in and of itself, with Evel pushing the limits of showmanship, speed, and distance. He entertained stadiums packed with adoring fans both young and old, as viewers at home were glued to their seats wearing their red, white, and blues just as their hero did. To best understand Evel is to know the man himself, in his own words he spoke of his daredevil lifestyle, “the people don’t come to see me die, they come to see me defy death.” Defy he did, each new jump saw him add new elements of surprise and suspense, whether it was adding another vehicle to the already long line of buses that awaited him just beyond his ramp or attempting to jump Snake River Canyon in Idaho. This jumpsuit emblazoned with the stars of the American Flag, shows in full glory what Evel Knievel was all about. Decked out in Red, White and Blue this polyester size medium jumpsuit is signed in black sharpie marker on his trademark #1 American logo, proudly displayed on his chest. The jumpsuit also features his initials sewn along his waist band and on the cuff of his sleeves.
