1983 Game Used Fred Lynn California Angels Official Rawlings All Star Game Bowie Kuhn baseball. The 1983 Midsummer Classic held at Comiskey Park in Chicago on July 6th, is best remembered for Fred Lynn’s third inning grand slam which put the game out of reach for the National League and cemented a commanding lead and victory for the American League. This game used baseball is singed by Lynn in blue ball point ink on the side panel beneath the 1983 All Star Game 50th Anniversary stamp.
