Still one of baseball’s most elite fraternities, the 3,000-hit club currently counts 28 players among its members, most of them in the Hall of Fame. This huge 27” x 40” limited edition (127/285) framed and mounted lithograph contains the signatures of the 13 members of the 3,000-hit club living at the time of its issue and includes; Stan Musial, Willie Mays, Dave Winfield, Robin Yount, Lou Broack, George Brett, Paul Molitor, Al Kaline, Rod Carew, Eddie Murray, Carl Yastrzemski, Hank Aaron and Pete Rose whose images are super imposed over a Yankee Stadium backdrop with graying sepia toned portraits of the non-living members; Ty Cobb, Roberto Clemente, Paul Waner, Tris Speaker, Eddie Collins, Cap Anson, Honus Wagner and Nap Lajoie floating in the clouds above the rest. All signatures are in bold black sharpie. Artist signature, “Doo S. Oh” is also at bottom right corner; comes with JSA LOA certification #Y45077.
