Chicago Cubs all-star first baseman Anthony Rizzo wore this Rawlings blue batting helmet during the 7-2 victory over the visiting Los Angeles Dodgers at Wrigley Field on June 2, 2016. Rizzo finished the day going 1-4 with a solo home run in the 8th inning.

      This all blue size 7 ½ helmet with a right ear flap features the Cubs “C” in red and white patch material affixed to the center of the helmet. Rizzo’s number “44” is a raised sticker affixed to the back of the helmet in red and white above the MLB logo raised sticker. The inner lining of the helmet is black leather padding which surrounds the entire inside, along with padding for the entire back of the head and ear flap. The helmet shows heavy game use with two large cracks on the outer crown and dirt abrasion marks around the cracks. The inner lining around the cracks have also been exposed. This helmet comes with a MLB Authenticated hologram (JB 339734) which authenticates this helmet’s use during the June 2, 2016 game.
