     NBA guard J.R. Smith was a key contributor in helping the Cleveland Cavaliers win their first ever NBA World Championship in 2016. The shooting guard/small forward began his career with the then New Orleans Hornets in the 2004-05 season, where he averaged 10.3 points per game.

     This size 50 Reebok Play-Dry New Orleans white home jersey was worn by Smith during his rookie season of 2004-05. This jersey has “NEW ORLEANS” and Smith’s number “23” sewn on in front in teal, yellow and purple tackle twill. The open arms are all-white with the collar having a ribbed teal, yellow and purple pattern and a “H” hexagonal patch at the base of the v-neck. The back of the jersey has “SMITH” sewn on in purple with his number “23” sewn on in teal, yellow and purple. The sides of the jersey have teal, yellow and purple striping pattern and the NBA logo is embroidered on the upper left chest. The Reebok Hornets’ tag with a “50”, “+2 LENGTH” and “2004-2005” flaps are sewn on the bottom front tail. This jersey shows light use and comes with a full LOA from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema.
