The Oklahoma City Thunders’ dynamic point guard Russell Westbrook wore this white jersey during a 112-88 home victory over the visiting Phoenix Suns on December 14th, 2014. The former UCLA Bruin led all scorers with 28 points, finishing a perfect 13 for 13 from the free throw line. Westbrook played only 26 minutes in this game, but that was enough for him to make his mark on the game. In addition to his scoring outburst, Westbrook dished eight assists and collected eight rebounds, just missing one of his patented triple-doubles.
The Seattle SuperSonics draft pick was an All-Star in 2014-15, leading the Association in scoring with a mark of 28.1 points per game. A member of the All-NBA Second Team, Westbrook led the Thunder to a second place finish in the Northwest Division despite the absence of fellow superstar Kevin Durant for the majority of the season.
Westbrook wore this jersey during the first half of the game against the Suns. This sleeveless jersey features “THUNDER” sewn across the chest in blue, white, and orange tackle twill. Westbrook’s number “0” is sewn on the front and back in blue, white, and orange tackle twill. “WESTBROOK” is sewn across the shoulders in blue tackle twill beneath an NBA logo. A blue stripe bordered with orange and tallow bands runs down the side of the jersey. The sleeve openings and collar are ringed with a blue, yellow, and orange band. An Adidas NBA Authentics size “L” tag is sewn on the front left area of the jersey with a “Length +2”” flag attached. “12-14-14 1” is written in black marker on this tag. An additional NBA Authentics tag is sewn to the left of the first one. This jersey shows light to moderate game use. It has been photo matched by the MeiGray Group, who have provided an LOA (OTH 01975), to the December 14th game.
