Offered is a Mickey Mantle signature and inscription on an Official National League William D. White stamped baseball. The Hall of Fame slugger has signed his name in blue pen on the sweet spot and inscribed “MVP ’56 ’57 ‘62” below his signature. Mantle played his entire Major League Baseball career (1951-1968) with the New York Yankees, primarily in centerfield. He won the Triple Crown in 1956, when he led the Major Leagues in batting average (.353), home runs (52), and runs batted in (RBI) (130). Mantle was the American League Most Valuable Player three times and appeared in 12 World Series including seven championships.
