Former New York Yankees slugger Robinson Cano won the 2011 All-Star home run derby with a remarkable 12 homers in the final round. The rest of the season saw Cano hitting .302 with 28 homers as the Yankees cruised to another post-season berth. The 2011 season saw Cano reach his second of what would be five straight all-star appearances and was the recipient of the Silver Slugger Award.
Cano used this SSK Pro Edge model bat during the 2011 season. This bat displays outstanding game use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks, blue ink transfers and white leather scuffs on the barrel. The handle has been taped in an overlapping fashion to enhance the grip. Cano has signed this bat in silver marker on the barrel and inscribed “GAME USED”. This bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B12068) for the game use and has been graded a near-perfect GU 9. There is a STICKER ONLY from PSA/DNA (7A96435) for his signature.
