Hall of Famer and baseball’s Iron Man Cal Ripken, Jr. bade farewell to old Memorial Stadium in 1991 by hitting .323 with a career-high 34 home runs. Arguably Cal’s finest offensive season, the Orioles superstar earned his second American League MVP Award. Coming directly from the personal collection of the two-time AL MVP Cal Ripken, Jr., this offered Louisville Slugger P72 model bat was used during his second MVP season of 1991.

This bat displays outstanding game use and is un-cracked. There are ball marks, stitch impressions and black bat rack streaks present on the barrel. The handle and lower barrel has a coating of pine tar. A great gamer from Ripken’s MVP season of 1991 and Cal his signed his name in black marker on the barrel and inscribed “91”. This bat comes directly from the personal collection of Cal Ripken, Jr. and a signed LOA from Cal will accompany this bat. Additionally, there is a LOA from PSA/DNA (1B19732) for the game use and has been given the highest possible grade of GU 10.
