After losing the previous two seasons in the NFC title game to Dallas, the San Francisco 49ers were out to make a statement in the 1995 NFC championship game and they did just that by knocking off the hated Cowboys 38-28 to advance to Super Bowl XXIX. This ball was used in that epic showdown, loaded with future Hall of Famers and stars. The 49ers had the Candlestick faithful on their feet early and often as they forced Cowboy turnovers on their first three offensive possessions and got out to a 21-0 advantage half way through the first quarter. Despite a comeback attempt by the boys, the Niners held on to advance to their fifth Super Bowl. This ball features the NFL's 75th anniversary logo as well as the commissioner Paul Tagliabue's stamped signature. Ball has been signed in silver paint pen by the 49ers two offensive stars and two of the best to ever play their respective positions, Jerry Rice and Steve Young. Signatures have been authenticated by PSA/DNA and the football comes with a COA from Man of Steal, authenticating the balls use in this game.
