Destined for stardom at a young age, the incomparable Kobe Bryant began to make waves in NBA circles with a series of legendary workouts and scrimmages against members of the Philadelphia 76ers while Bryant attended the local Lower Merion High School. Bryant, selected with the 13th pick of the 1996 NBA Draft, continued to dominate his NBA brethren over the course of the next 20 seasons, winning five NBA Finals championships and scoring 33,643 points as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers. "The Black Mamba" was posthumously inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2020.
Graded NM-MT 8 by BGS. Hall of Famer, in a widely coveted Rookie Card appearance. (Adding to this rarity's allure: Kobe is the subject of just two serial-numbered Rookie Cards.) The card's BGS condition report: Centering: 8.5, Corners: 9, Edges: 10, Surface: 7. The limited-edition piece is serial-numbered "070/150." Here's a scarce and enticing, debut-year collectible of the superstar, in Near Mint to Mint condition.
