This 2001 Texas Rangers alternate jersey was worn by Alex Rodriguez during his first season for the Rangers. This Rawlings blue jersey features “TEXAS” arched across the front in white, blue and red tackle twill and “RODRIGUEZ” sewn on in the same pattern on a matching blue name plate along with his number “3” on the back. The left sleeve has the Texas state flag patch and on the lower front tail is the Rawlings Authentic manufacturers tag, with attached “1 INCH EXTRA LENGTH”, “2 INCH EXTRA LENGTH”, “SIZE 50” and “SET 2 2001” tags. Rodriguez has signed his name in blue marker on his number “3” and inscribed “2001 Game Used HR #5”. This jersey comes with a COA from PSA/DNA (B60010), a JSA sticker only (B73970) and a LOA from Mears.
