Graded NM 7 by PSA. Hall of Famer. This memorable 1953 Bowman Color card of Dodger infielder Harold "Pee Wee" Reese features a magnificently uncluttered "action" illustration that depicts the star shortstop in the act of defying gravity. The card's superb, horizontally oriented and leaping photographic portrayal is sublime in its resolution and detail, and, on this enviable piece, the image is framed by bright white borders. Although constructed of the customarily coarse, early-'50s cardstock, the normally challenging corner tips reflect mere traces of wear on this specimen. Near Mint condition.
