Albert Pujols exploded into the National League in the spring of 2001 as one of the most anticipated rookies in the history of the game Using a variety of different makes and models of bats, including this one, Pujols’ .329 average and 37 homers earned him the National League Rookie of the Year. The Mizuno N201 model bat is un-cracked and shows excellent use. Pujols' number "5" is written on both ends. Research by PSA/DNA has failed to turn up evidence that Pujols used this model and weight Mizuno in a game but do state they were shipped to the slugger during 2001.
