Hall of Famer Hank Aaron ordered this particular Henry Aaron model Hillerich & Bradsby R43 bat between July 26, 1955 and August 10, 1957 as verified by the ordering records on file at the Louisville Slugger Museum. The ash bat with a standard finish measures 35" in length and weighs in at 32.3 ounces, which match the specifications that Aaron ordered. The bat shows no evidence of game use. The factory stamping is deep and dark which, when combined with the golden coloring of the surface, makes this an outstanding display piece. Letter of Authenticity (1B06536) from PSA/DNA.
