Cardinals fans may recognize this jubilant scene from Mike Kuyper's popular lithographs available on MLB's website. Proudly presented here is the actual original artwork: An epic oil-on-canvas creation that explodes visually just like the fireworks bursting in air. From the cityscape's Arch to the freshly mowed Arch in the outfield grass; from the distant "2011 World Series Champions" jumbotron to the foreground's furiously flapping rally towels; from left fielder Allen Craig catching the final out to battery mates Jason Motte and Yadier Molina approaching for their celebratory embrace—Kuyper has captured every last detail of Busch Stadium's glory with dazzling realism. Peer closely and discover the meticulous advertising signs; the mini-portraits of Cards legends on the "Retired Number" left-field wall; the numerous flags, pennants and bunting; the joyful pandemonium in the stands (not to mention the dugout and bullpen); and yes, just above the scoreboard, right beside the phrase "That's a Winner!", there you'll find a discreetly hidden image of the one-and-only Rally Squirrel. We cannot overstate the "WOW factor" of seeing this masterpiece in person. It belongs in the very finest Cardinals collection, if not in an elite museum or institution...or Busch Stadium itself. Indeed, it's also worth mentioning that Kuyper's one other modern World Series stadium scene of the 2008 Philadelphia Phillies (aptly titled "Phinally!") currently hangs for prestigious display at Philly's Citizens Bank Park.
