In the history of the Milwaukee Brewers no man was better than The Ignitor. No matter where you put him – infield, outfield, DH – Molitor would somehow find a way to beat the opposing team. In 1987 Molitor posed a serious threat to Joe DiMaggio’s famous consecutive game hitting streak when he banged out hits in 39 straight games. The Louisville Slugger P130 model bat displays medium use with a cracked handle. The barrel shows many ball and stitch impressions and the handle has a light coat of pine tar. Molitor has signed the barrel in silver pen.
