Mike Trout’s first full season in the big leagues was one of the most impressive rookie campaigns in baseball history. He finished the season with a .326 BA, 30 home runs, 129 runs scored and 49 stolen bases. He also displayed tremendous defensive prowess throughout the season, making highlight catches look routine as he patrolled centerfield for the Angels. Trout clearly set the stage for what is beginning to look like a Hall of Fame career with his stellar rookie season.
This Los Angeles Angels team issued undershirt was game used by Mike Trout during his 2012 rookie campaign. The Nike Pro Combat Dri-Fit shirt is red with the Angels logo in the center of the chest. An MLB Authentic Collection decal in the lower left, reads: “Name/# 27”. The signature below the Angel decal in the center of the shirt reads “Mike Trout GU”. Item is accompanied by an Anderson Authentics Loa which reads: ”I, Mike Trout, hereby certify that the accompanying undershirt was personally used during the 2012 Major League Baseball season. This shirt is signed and inscribed to certify its use.” LOA is signed by Mike Trout. Letter itself is accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA.
