This is a black-and-white team photo of the 1955 World Series Champion Brooklyn Dodgers team that finished with a 98-55 record in the National League and finally beat the Yankees to take home a World Series victory. The picture here was taken on or before September 28, 1955 as indicated by the date stamp on the player listings on the back of the photo. The 8x10 image bears pencil notations and markings on back, and the aforementioned date stamping. A PSA/DNA label has been adhered near a corner and has been encapsulated as Type I by PSA/DNA.
