Former Cleveland Indians slugger Jim Thome used this American Baseball Cap Company Indians helmet during the 1995 and 1997 seasons with the Tribe. The helmet exhibits excellent use with consistent markings of a well-worn helmet. The condition of the helmet is excellent with no cracks to the body, bill or flap. The “Chief Wahoo” logo is on the front of the helmet, while Thome’s 25, the MLB logo, and the American Baseball Cap Company logo are stickered on the lower part of the back helmet.
There are perspiration stains on the interior of the helmet along with a hand-written “3/8” that appears in white marker. Thome signed his name and inscribed “612 HR” in black marker on the red brim. This helmet comes with a full LOA from PSA/DNA authenticated Thome’s signature and inscription, along with a LOA from JT Sports.
