This authentic USA team hockey Jersey is signed by all 20 players from the Gold Medal Winning Olympic Team in 1980, including team captain Mike Eruzione, goaltender Jim Craig, forward Neal Broten, and defenseman Ken Morrow. The Back of the Jersey featured the number 80 to commemorate the year of the Lake Placid Olympics, and all 20 signatures are inked with a sliver metallic pen (9 signatures on the “8” and 11 signatures on the “0”). Name patch on the back reads “MIRACLE” in white against a blue background. Patchwork on this jersey is multi-layered. Under the number 80, are these words stitched in blue “Miracle on Ice, February 22, 1980, Lake Placid, NY, USA 4 USSR 3, Do You Believe in Miracles?” Number 80 and white star patch on the sleeves.
