During his rookie campaign with the Los Angeles Rams, 1973 Heisman Trophy recipient John Cappelletti wore this white mesh pullover garment with "22" on the front, back, and gold-colored sleeves in blue appliqué, and "CAPPELLETTI" heat-pressed to a name plate atop the back number in like fashion. Blue knit "Ram horns" line the shoulders and, situated on the left front tail, a "Wm Fredericks" local distributor's label is accompanied by a "Sand-Knit" size "48" tag and a Los Angeles Rams exclusivity tag. Heavy wear is evident, with numerous team repairs. This is a significant offering, as Cappelletti gamers are extremely rare and highly sought-after.
