Arguably the greatest reliever in Major League Baseball history, Mariano Rivera was the last player to retire who was permitted to wear the number 42. Mariano stepped to the plate on a rare four occasions in his 19 year career. This Mariano Rivera Batting Helmet features the interlocking NY Yankees logo and the number 42 on the bill. The official Major League Baseball logo is affixed to the lower center of the back of the helmet. Size 7 3/8 indicated on the inside. “Warning” label and Major League Baseball hologram sticker with the number DB50347396 sticker adhered to the inside. Interior foam padding on the front, sides, back and top of head. Top has four airholes and white circle sticker with a circled “R”. The helmet shows moderate use per the LOA.
