This Cleveland Indians Alternate Road Jersey was game used by Jim Thome during the 1999 MLB season. The dark blue button-down jersey with red striping reads “Cleveland” across the chest in red with black and white trim. The Russell Athletic manufacturer’s tag, size 52, can be found on the front left tail, adjacent to 2 tags reading “2” Extra Body Length” and “2” Extra Sleeve Length”, and a separate patch reading “1999”. The left sleeve features a Chief Wahoo patch, while a patch reading “A.L.Central Champs” adorns the right sleeve. Back of jersey reads “Thome 25” in red with white trim, and is highlighted by the signature inside the numeral 5 “Jim Thome #25”. Jersey shows moderate wear, and comes with a LOA from JSA as well as a LOA from noted game use expert Dave Miedema.
