The Victus AXEDP15 model bat shows outstanding use with a slight crack on the lower handle. The "Axe Bat" was designed to reduce wrist and hand-related injuries with the patented oval handle shape. Pedroia began using this bat in May of 2015 after coming off consecutive hand and wrist injuries that derailed his 2013 and 2014 seasons. The bat displays many ball marks and stitch impressions along with blue ink transfers that can be seen. The finish has been worn away on the back barrel from repeated ball contact. Cleat marks are visible along with the impression from a weighted batting donut. The bat's length and weight are stamped into the front barrel. PSA/DNA has photo matched this bat, verifying its game use during the 2015 season.
