With the highest fan vote total in history of the All Star Game, The A.L. MVP frontrunner third baseman Josh Donaldson was selected to his second straight All-Star Game and participated in his second Home Run Derby. Donaldson’s 14,090,188 votes received obliterated Josh Hamilton’s previous record of 11,073,744. Donaldson wore this handsome black and red, size-48, button-down MLB Authenticated (JB 018654 confirming the use during the Derby) American League jersey when he blasted nine home runs to defeat Anthony Rizzo 9-8 in the first round of competition before falling one home run short to the eventual Derby winner, Todd Frazier by a score of 10-9 in the second round at Great American Ballpark in Cincinnati on July 13, 2015. Donaldson’s name is in white tackle twill across the back of the jersey beneath and MLB 2015 ASG logo patch and above his number 20 in red and white tackle twill. “American” is in white and red tackle twill above a line of nine red stars against a black background across the front of the jersey. A Toronto Blue Jays logo patch is on left sleeve and an MLB Authentic/Majestic Cool Base manufacturers label with another All-Star Game logo and Cincinnati Ohio is on the front left tail with similar manufacturers labeling on the interior collar. Extremely attractive jersey worn by the A.L. MVP Frontrunner.
