When you think of the year 1927 you automatically think of Babe Ruth.
The Yankee slugger and that year are forever intertwined as it was arguably the best of his Hall of Fame career. As the cornerstone of "Murderer's Row", The Babe hit .356 and set the single season home run record that would last until 1961. It's said that Ruth's hitting performance in batting practice before Game 1 of the 1927 World Series intimidated the Pittsburgh Pirates that they were defeated before they even took the field. This single signed ball was autographed by The Babe during that sweet spot of his career. The side panel of this
