This framed Houston Astros Jersey, orange with white and blue striping, reads Ryan 34 on the back in dark blue lettering with white trim. A Houston Astros 45th Anniversary patch adorns the right sleeve. Nolan Ryan has inscribed, sloping upward on the 4, “Nolan Ryan Express”, and has signed elsewhere on the 4 “Nolan Ryan”. Both inscription and signature are in silver. This jersey is beautifully mounted on a gold background, with a black matte in a gold frame measuring 34X38. A silver plaque on the bottom of the frame reads: “NOLAN “THE RYAN EXPRESS” RYAN * 8 TIME ALL STAR PITCHER * 7 CAREER NO HITTERS * 5,714 CAREER STRIKEOUTS * MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL ALL CENTURY TEAM * HALL OF FAME 1999”.
