On October 14, 2014 the San Francisco Giants faced the St. Louis Cardinals in Game 3 of the NLCS. In the bottom of the first Pablo Sandoval faced John Lackey and lined a single to left field. This is the bat he used to do it. The Tucci Lumber TL-KFP-48-LDM bat shows great game use and the handle has been broken. The barrel shows many ball marks and both ends exhibit scuffs from contact with the ground. The handle has a bright yellow spiral of adhesive tape coated with a heavy coat of pine tar. The knob of the bat features a special edition Sandoval decal that reads “Congo De Africa,” “KFP” and “48” around a skull. Sandoval has signed the bat in silver adding his number "48" and "Game Used 2014 NLCS". Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA (1B09430), JSA (M92881) and MLB (HZ530010)
