There has never been an entertainer the equal of Frank Sinatra. One of the most popular entertainers of the 20th Century, Ole’ Blue Eyes was a true double threat, with an outstanding acting resume matched only by his unrivalled musical legacy. Sinatra’s smooth crooning voice won him legions of fans, and his status as a member of the Rat Pack along with his high-profile relationships kept him in the public eye even when he wasn’t on stage. And while his legend is well known, this unique item offers a glimpse into the private life of The Chairman of the Board.
This gray wool pinstripe suit, circa 1965, was custom-made for Frank Sinatra by Carroll & Co. of Beverly Hills, CA. A label on the interior pocket reads “Mr Frank Sinatra / Date 7/30/65 / No 07466”. Item is also accompanied by a letter of authenticity from John Carroll of Carroll & Co., stating that this suit was “unequivocally” custom-made for Sinatra.
