Long-time legendary Boston Red Sox, player, manager and coach, who carried a .307 career batting average in 10 big league seasons but became an established institution in his six decades with the team as a batting coach and special instructor. Pesky wore this size-42 cream colored Red Sox pullover coach’s jersey with red and blue trimmed v-neck collar in 1977. Pesky signed the jersey below his number red number 35 in bold blue sharpie on back of the jersey and underneath the Red Sox red twill stitched letters in the front. A McAuliffe manufacturers’ label is sewn into the back color with a size 42 tag attached and PSA/DNA sticker (#G22035) affixed below the collar. A 1977 tag with washing instructions is attached at the center of the front tail.
